The Unit for Nanofabrication
The Unit for Nanofabrication (UNF) provides our researchers with state-of-the-art tools for device fabrication at the micro- and nano-scale. The UNF facilities includes clean rooms complete with instruments for lithography, deposition, etching, and more.
The Quantum Nano Engineering Laboratory
We develop room temperature operating quantum devices. Our study exploits our developed "nano-toolbox" that includes nano dots and organic molecules that link the dots to the device.
