In this project we develop a compact, affordable Kerr microscope. A Kerr microscope is essential for visualizing magnetization dynamics in spintronics, but conventional systems are costly and hard to transport. Our goal is to create a 3D-printed microscope using low-cost, easy-to-use components. Here, we are focusing on building a large scale system on an optical table to ensure proper functionality and alignment. Afterwards, the system will be minimized for portable use.
